Well it looks like former Coalition Authority Chief L. Paul Bremer found out that he was not going to get the Secretary of State job in the next Bush Administration. Speaking at a conference in Sulphur Springs, WV, Bremer took the opportunity to throw the President down the stairs, "We paid a big price for not stopping it because it established an atmosphere of lawlessness," Bremer said. "We never had enough troops on the ground." Thank you very much Mr. Smarty Pants. Even though Rush says that Bremer's comments were taken out of context, an experienced operator like Bremer ought to know better. It seems that you can take the man out of the State Department, but you can't take the State Department out of the man. To make matters worse, this asshole has made this comment at a time near the election when there is a wide spread spin campaign saying that the President is on the ropes. When you are entrusted with such an important job by the President, and you come home from a job well done to disparage the very man that has made you what you are today, you are a buddy fucker.
